Description:
The system reaches a desalination rate of 97%-99%. After the water is purified by the system, it can be drank directly.

1. Silica sand filter:
The silica sand filter is designed to reduce water turbidity by effectively removing suspended solids and particulate matter from the water.
2. Activated Carbon Filter:
The activated carbon filter is utilized to eliminate pigments, odors, and a wide range of biological contaminants present in the water.
3. Sodium Ion Exchanger (Water softener):
The purpose of the sodium ion exchanger, also known as a water softener, is to remove calcium and magnesium ions from the water, thereby softening it.
4. Precision filter:
The precision filter is employed to ensure that the water entering the reverse osmosis membrane has a particle size less than 0.1 micrometers, thereby maintaining optimal filtration efficiency.
5. Reverse Osmosis:
The reverse osmosis system is a highly effective water purification method that employs a semi-permeable membrane and pressure differential to remove over 97% of dissolved salts, as well as more than 99% of colloids, microorganisms, particles, and organic materials. It is widely regarded as the preferred choice for modern water purification.
6. UV sterilizer:
The UV sterilizer utilizes ultraviolet light to eradicate certain bacteria that may potentially bypass the reverse osmosis system.
7. Ozone sterilizer:
In cases where UV sterilization may not effectively eliminate certain bacteria, the ozone sterilizer employs ozone to kill those microorganisms.

RO membrane is the key part of whole RO, it will decide the system workable or not. The water passing RO can remove bacterial, organic substance and microorganism.
Filter filling material
After payment, the quartz sand and activated carbon, softening resin are coming with the machine and packed by wooden case. The desalination rate of our RO membrane is over 98%, and the TDS will reach the drinking water standard after our RO water treatment.
Technological flow process
1st stage pretreatment: Sand filter, replaced every 2-3years;
2nd stage: Activated Carbon filter, replaced every 1-2years;
3rd stage pretreatment: Sodium ion exchanger, replaced every 2-3years
5th stage pretreatment: Precision filter, replaced every 6months
